Basic Level Classes

Start here if you are a beginner. Fewer repetitions, slower paced movements, and lighter weights. Plus we break down each movement

Barre

Discover the controlled, rhythmic routines dancers have always used to stretch, strengthen and lengthen their limbs and backs while toning all over. Classic ballet warm up at the barre; emphasis on grace and precision.

BLT55+

Balance, Lengthening, & Toning are the focus of this class for ages 55yrs young plus. Use equipment to improve your balance, retain height, improve posture, lengthen and tone your midriff and back, improve bone density.

Conditioning
Plus

Tired of body sculpt classes with confusing choreography? This cutting edge class combines intervals of aerobic activity with balance and strength training using the BOSU balance tranier, weighted bars, hand weights and more to give you a total body workout. Please bring clean tennis shoes

Cardiolates

Inject fun and bounce into your routine with this total body workout that is fat burning and strengthens every cell of your body in its optimal alignment. Warm up with core activating exercises, 35 minutes on rebounder with challenge jumps, directional changes, and sprint exercises. Optional arm weights are added for 10 minutes. End with a stretching sequence to allow muscles that worked the most to relax and lengthen.

Cardio
Tower

An Interval training class that combines the aerobic challenge of rebounding with the body conditioning and strengthening of cadillac exercises performed on wall springboards.

equibarre

Athletically paced, our unique fusion class targets the legs, butt, and abs. Class includes a challenging barre routine, body conditioning with weights and a core strengthening abdominal series. Have fun with the rhythm and music while you burn fat and sculpt your body!

gyrotonic

Experience a machine-guided system of movement based on the principles of Kundalini Yoga, dance, swimming, and the martial arts. This moving meditation, will leave you feeling energized, balanced, and grounded.

Kim's
Back Care
Class

Senior physical therapist Kim Dunleavy uses balls, bands, and BOSUs to assist active clients with a history of back problems to work with precision. Learn adaptations and master principles of safe daily movement.

Pee Wee
Pilates

This four-week class for ages 5-7, offers exercises entirely age appropriate and fun. Heather Babbie, certified pilates instructor and dance teacher, will use stickers, music and age appropriate visual cueing to build body awareness & flexibility. The last session is a special class for moms and children to enjoy TOGETHER.

Petite
Pilates

This six-week class for ages 8-11 focuses on learning STOTT PILATES principles and matwork exercises in a fun and safe environment. The perfect time to develop core conditioning and posture before unhealthy habits are set.

Power
Matwork

Dynamic class of matwork exercises performed at a quick pace without losing the integrity of STOTT PILATES. A great workout for all levels!

Pure
STOTT PILATES

Experience the beauty, choreography, and challenge of a pilates workout without modifications while focusing on breath and correct movement.

Reformer
Pilates

A challenging way to workout on uniquely designed STOTT PILATES equipment. Let the equipment support your body as you work through full range-of-motion exercises, developing slender muscles rather than bulk. It is important to know your settings and be comfortable with the various positions on the reformer. Those who are new to Reformer Pilates should start with Basic Reformer.

Stretch

Join us for a total body experience that will leave you standing taller and calmer for the weekend. Price is based on how many times you exercised this weekend.

Tower
Power

A strengthening and toning class that targets every part of your body utilizing the wall-mounted springboards where over 100 exercises are possible using a combination of arm and leg springs.
