Athletically paced, our unique fusion class targets the legs, butt, and abs. Class includes a challenging barre routine, body conditioning with weights and a core strengthening abdominal series. Designed by our studio instructors using their 100 years of shared teaching experience in dance and exercise movement equibarre utilizes movements from Ballet Barre, Lotte Berk, and BalletCore as it moves you through a challenging bar routine, body conditioning with weights, and a core strengthening abdominal series.
