We recommend that everyone attend Matwork groups. They are the most affordable sessions that we offer and you will learn a program that you can practice at home.

24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged. Because the studio is closed on Sundays, Monday appointments must be cancelled on Saturday by 2pm to avoid being charged.
