Seated on low stools, lying on the floor, or standing, this work mobilizes the spine through series of arching, curling, bending, twisting and spiraling movements. Postures are initiated by a continuous use of breath as in Kundalini yoga. Rather than being held for long periods of time, they move continuously and smoothly, always connected by the breath. The exercises appear and feel more like dance than traditional yoga.
