Amy Kubo-Slowik PT
combines backgrounds in dance, sports medicine and Gyrotonic to design safe, yet challenging pilates workouts, for each individual regardless of their skill or fitness level. She is a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer for Group as well as Private Training Amy is also a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Speed, Agility & Quickness instructor and a Level I Gyrotonic Instructor. As a licensed physical therapist, Amy specialized in treating orthopedic, dance and sports injuries and enjoyed working with all levels of athletes, but now devotes her career to teaching pilates. As an instructor trainer, Amy loves sharing her passions for pilates and teaching.

Kelly Jeanette
studied STOTT PILATES in order to transform her mind and body. A full time mother of two from Plymouth with her children now in school, she is devoting the remainder of her free time to teaching pilates at equilibrium. Kelly enjoys the challenge of teaching and the opportunity it provides her to develop motivating workout sessions that suit the individual needs of her clients. Kelly is a friendly, compassionate and diligent trainer always seeking to help everyone she comes in contact with to reach his or her full potential. She will complete her level 2 certification in February 2009.

Christine Pancotti
came to us as one of our favorite equilibrium clients, with a BS in Finance and Business Management, before her passion for pilates led her to enroll in our STOTT PILATES training and certification program, and she now holds a full STOTT PILATES certification. Her love for pilates has lead her to further her education with certifications in Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates, Zumba, and Cardiolates. Most of her standing clients are strong, share her passion and enjoy Christine's undeniable energy. She enjoys every type of workout, and loves the satisfaction of knowing her clients feel great after they leave!
