PEE WEE PILATES
This four-week class for ages 5-7, offers entirely age appropriate exercisesand fun. Heather Babbie, certified pilates instructor and dance teacher, uses stickers, music and visual cueing to build body awareness & flexibility. The last session in this series is a special class for moms and children to enjoy TOGETHER.

PETITE PILATES
This six-week class for ages 8-11 focuses on learning STOTT PILATES principles and matwork exercises in a fun and safe environment. The perfect time to develop core conditioning and posture before unhealthy habits are set.
