PURE STOTT PILATES*
Experience the beauty, choreography, and challenge of a Pilates workout without modifications while focusing on breath and correct movement. This is a great class for all levels to experience the core strengthening benefits of matwork. Trainees who are enrolled in matwork training are encouraged to attend this class as part of their education.
POWER MATWORK
Dynamic class of matwork exercises performed at a quick pace without losing the integrity of STOTTPILATES. Fitness circles and weighted balls are frequently used to intensify your workout.
MATWORK MIX IT UP
If you like BOSU, foam roller, fitness circle, therabands, and weighted balls added to your matwork exercises this class is for you.
Each week offers a new challenge and a new sequence of exercises.
BLT55+
Balance, Lengthening & Toning is the focus of this class for ages 55yrs young plus. Use a variety of equipment to improve your balance, retain height, improve posture, lengthen and tone your midriff and back, and improve bone density.
