TOWER POWER
Utilizes the wall-mounted springboards where over 100 exercises are possible using a combination of arm and leg springs. A strengthening and toning class to target every part of your body. more

PEE WEE PILATES
for ages 5-7, offers exercises entirely age appropriate and fun. Heather Babbie, certified pilates instructor and dance teacher, will use stickers, music and age appropriate visual cueing to build body awareness & flexibility. more

PETITE PILATES
