Our challenger, Sue, has been AMAZING! She has committed herself to working out at Equilibrium on a regular basis. She takes a variety of workouts throughout each week, including Xtend Barre, Total Body Conditioning, NYTimes Circuit and Pilates. We are so impressed with the way she has stepped up her fitness.
Way to go, Sue! Week 10 of the challenge started today…
Fall Challenger halfway update!
Congratulations to our fall challenger, Sue Dumond, for making it halfway through her 3 month challenge!
Sue has made an incredible commitment to her fitness and health as our fall challenger. She has attended classes consistently each week, challenging herself to try new classes, doing two a day workouts and even working out while away from the studio.
Congratulations to Tasha, our Summer Challenger!
Tasha, our 3-month Summer Challenger, finished her challenge last week but has already been back for more classes! Tasha accomplished many goals over the summer: improving her flexibility, strengthening her core & arms, gaining endurance, and reducing pain from her scoliosis.
Teen Fitness at Equilibrium
If this class time or day does not work for you, you are welcome to set up a private session for your teen to work one-on-one with an instructor, a duet where you can work together or a private group session for a group of teens to exercise together.
One of our Senior Instructors, Heather, recently worked with the Flipspot Boys gymnastic team doing Athletic Conditioning.
Keeping kids active when they’re back to school
Summer provides many opportunities for kids to be active such as swimming at the pool, long neighborhood bike rides and day camps full of games and fun. Back to school schedules make it more difficult to keep up with physical activity and health but it needs to be a priority for kids to stay healthy and alert throughout the school year.
What being a Lululemon Ambassador means to me…
Lululemon clothing has been at the top of my birthday wish list for many years now…it started as comfortable clothing I could wear to class or around campus in college but quickly became something much bigger…my work wardrobe. I wake up and put it on every morning.
