Challenger 2 Month Update!

Here's the latest update from our Winter Challenger, Debbie. Debbie has been taking classes for two months and we are so proud of her determination, commitment and increased strength!

"After two months of being the studio challenger I am still loving it and wish I had more free time to take additional classes!  I continue to really enjoy Liz’s cardio pilates class and Lauren’s reformer classes.

Our studio fitness challenger, Debbie, has been incredibly committed to taking a variety of classes, where she has increased her upper body strength and fitness level! Hear what Debbie has to say about her first month as the challenger:

I have been having a great time being the 3 month challenger at Equilibrium and feel so grateful that I have had the opportunity.

Stephen Tulloch credits Pilates at Equilibrium for his comeback!

Equilibrium loves having Stephen Tulloch, Detroit Lion's linebacker, at the studio. He is not only driven and dedicated, he is also friendly and supportive. This week, Channel 4 News, came to Equilibrium to hear and see why Stephen is crediting Pilates at Equilibrium, with senior instructor Jenn Montie, with helping him get ready for his comeback season.

Ron Plonkey wins March MATness with 45 points!

Meet Ronald Plonkey, overall March MATness winner with 45 TOTAL points.
Ron's dedication to his workouts began three years ago and has resulted in a strong conditioned pilates body plus boundless energy, not to mention the loss of 20+ pounds.

OUR STUDIO CHALLENGER, SUE DUMOND, DID AN AMAZING JOB OVER THE PAST THREE MONTHS KEEPING UP WITH HER WORKOUTS! SHE TRIED ALL OF OUR DIFFERENT STUDIO FITNESS CLASSES AND KEPT HER DUET ON THURSDAYS WITH MARIANNA THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CHALLENGE! WE ARE SO IMPRESSED BY SUE’S DETERMINATION, COMMITMENT AND WORK ETHIC AND LOVE SEEING THE RESULTS SHE’S RECEIVED FROM ALL HER HARD WORK. IT HAS DEFINITELY PAID OFF BY GIVING HER MORE DEFINITION, A STRONG CORE, A HIGHER LEVEL OF ENDURANCE AND MORE!

Fall Challenger halfway update!

Congratulations to our fall challenger, Sue Dumond, for making it halfway through her 3 month challenge!
Sue has made an incredible commitment to her fitness and health as our fall challenger. She has attended classes consistently each week, challenging herself to try new classes, doing two a day workouts and even working out while away from the studio.

Congratulations to Tasha, our Summer Challenger!

Tasha, our 3-month Summer Challenger, finished her challenge last week but has already been back for more classes! Tasha accomplished many goals over the summer: improving her flexibility, strengthening her core & arms, gaining endurance, and reducing pain from her scoliosis.
