A little about Ultimate Burn:
Guest Instructor Kaitlyn Rhoades teaches this challenging interval training class that will have you feeling the BURN! Ultimate Burn combines wall spring boards, 3 lb weights and cardio, for an awesome workout. In this interval training class, you will start off with cardio, move on to weights and then transition down to the mat for pilates. This 55 minute class is a tough (but fun) workout and will keep you energized for the rest of the day!
