Advanced Program Definition
The STOTT PILATES® Advanced (Level 2) program begins with a review of relevant Essential and Intermediate exercises, then builds toward repertoire that asks for a higher degree of strength, balance, and coordination. These courses can be taken immediately after the corresponding Level 1 course, or completed as a series over time.
Advanced courses are designed for instructors ready to work with highly conditioned clients — including athletes and dancers — and to expand their teaching options with greater intensity, variety, and precision.
