Open Level Reformer
A welcoming reformer class focused on alignment, strength, mobility, and control. Suitable for clients with a foundational understanding of Pilates and reformer movements.
Experienced Reformer
A more dynamic class with a faster pace and increased challenges to improve strength, stability, control, and flexibility through flowing reformer sequences.
Advanced Reformer

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows your instructor to observe your alignment and posture. Avoid loose or baggy clothing. Grip socks are recommended and available at the studio.
Just yourself and a water bottle. All equipment is provided. Grip socks are required — you can purchase a pair at the studio if needed.
We recommend starting with a private session before joining group classes. This allows your instructor to assess your movement, understand your goals, and help you feel confident and prepared for group settings.
Many of our classes are appropriate for those with some Pilates background. If you're completely new, we suggest starting with a private session or our Open Level Reformer class, and contacting us first so we can guide you to the right fit.

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before class, especially for your first visit. This gives us time to welcome you, set up your equipment, and ensure you're comfortable before the session begins.
We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a class booking. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited class credit. Please review our full policy at booking or contact the studio directly.
