A ground-up STOTT PILATES® curriculum for building a strong foundation through in-depth study, functional anatomy, and guided apprenticeship.

Comprehensive STOTT PILATES training

Only Two Locations Worldwide

Equilibrium offers the only Comprehensive program outside of Toronto. Comprehensive Matwork & Reformer (CMR) is offered at only two locations worldwide: STOTT PILATES® Academy Toronto, and Equilibrium Studio.

Program Overview

Comprehensive Matwork & Reformer (CMR)

The STOTT PILATES® Comprehensive program features a “ground up” curriculum intended for those with limited training in functional anatomy and little to no prior teaching experience. The full Level 1 exercise repertoire (Essential and Intermediate) is taught in a time frame that allows you to assimilate and apply the material at a slower pace.

CMR is designed for you if you’re new to the industry or looking to build a strong foundation through in-depth study and guided apprenticeship. It welcomes learners with little to no prior teaching experience, limited knowledge of functional anatomy, and minimal exposure to Pilates (recommended 30+ hours).
