No experience is needed. Our instructors are skilled at working with complete beginners and will guide you step by step from your very first session.
Yes. Many of our clients come to us for post-rehabilitation support. Our instructors include STOTT-certified® professionals with clinical backgrounds who specialize in safe, intelligent recovery movement.
Private sessions are highly recommended for new clients — they allow your instructor to assess your movement, understand your goals, and create a program tailored specifically to you before joining group classes.
Most clients see the best results with 2–3 sessions per week. Your instructor will make a recommendation based on your goals, schedule, and starting point.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows your instructor to observe your alignment and posture. Grip socks are recommended and available at the studio.
A private session is entirely one-on-one with your instructor. A duet session is shared with one other person — you both still receive individualized attention, but the cost is shared, making it a more accessible option.
