STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer

Gayle Eubanks has been a leader in the Pilates community for more than 25 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Michigan State University before performing professionally with Harbinger Dance Company. Since joining Equilibrium in 1999, Gayle has educated instructors worldwide as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, helping clients of every age and ability build strength, mobility, confidence, and lifelong movement.

Lead STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer

Eva Powers brings together decades of experience in higher education, dance, and movement science. A former Associate Professor and Chair of the Maggie Allesee Department of Dance at Wayne State University, she is a Lead STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer who helps clients improve strength, flexibility, and functional movement through evidence-based Pilates and GYROTONIC® training.

STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer · Licensed Physical Therapist

Amy Kubo-Slowik is a licensed Physical Therapist and STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and movement education. Co-author of Therapeutic Exercise Prescription, she combines physical therapy and Pilates to help clients recover from injury, improve performance, and move with greater confidence.

Amy Pronovost is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, dance educator, and owner of Aspire Pilates in Keego Harbor. She earned her degree in Dance and English from Western Michigan University and has spent more than two decades teaching ballet and Pilates. Amy helps clients build strength, alignment, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for movement.

Amanda Caven is a Merrithew® STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and owner of Impact Pilates near Boston. A former competitive dancer, she discovered Pilates through dance and has dedicated her career to helping others build strength, body awareness, and confidence while mentoring the next generation of Pilates instructors.

Merrithew® STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer

Laura McKenzie Bovenkerk is a Merrithew® STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and owner of Centered Pilates in Kalamazoo. After earning her Bachelor of Performing Arts from Oklahoma City University, she performed for eight seasons as a Radio City Rockette. Laura now enjoys mentoring instructors while helping clients move with greater strength and confidence.

Heather Babbie is Equilibrium’s newest STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and a fully certified Level 2 STOTT instructor. With a background in dance and advanced training in neurological Pilates, TRX, and Barre, Heather helps clients build strength, improve movement, and gain confidence through thoughtful, personalized instruction.
