Instructor Training: I can sum up why I chose to get my Pilates certification at Equilibrium in one word – QUALITY. Equilibrium training gave me the mix of what it takes to be an instructor by learning anatomy, the Pilates exercises AND how to instruct. They hold their trainees to a high standard. Sure you can find easier, faster instructor certifications elsewhere, but I wanted my training to reflect what I would expect as a Pilates client. Teaching, challenging and inspiring is what Equilibrium training provided, and now I can take all of that, and pay it forward.
