VIRTUAL STOTT PILATES® Matwork with Props: Strength & Endurance for Teens
Mind-body exercise like Pilates can be essential. This mat-based workout, developed by the Merrithew™ team, incorporates Toning Balls™ and the Fitness Circle® resistance ring and provides tons of exercises that can be used to create a fun and enjoyable workout.
