Increase challenge to strength, balance and stability by applying Intermediate Reformer exercises to the Stability Ball™. With this workshop, developed by the Merrithew™ team, you will learn how to mimic the exercise essence including muscular emphasis, breath and movement patterns, stabilization and mobilization. Built to give clients and classes alike a complete-body workout, learn how cues and corrections can increase safety and effectiveness for everyone.

Learning objectives

  • Apply STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles to specific Stability Ball exercises
  • Understand movement essence and exercise goals when transferring exercises to the Stability Ball
  • Develop core strength and balance with the unstable nature of the Stability Ball
  • Understand how to challenge stability and mobility safely and effectively
