Intensive Cadillac, Chair and Barrels
This 50-hour course is intended for those already working in the fields of fitness or movement, as well as those who are unable to devote the time required in our Comprehensive Program due to work and/or scheduling issues. Conducted over 3 weeks or 4 weekends. Students registering for this course must have completed Intensive Mat Plus or Intensive Reformer. The Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels course has been structured into three separate modules; ICAD, ICHR, and IBRL, to give you maximum flexibility. Completion of all three modules is required to be eligible for certification.

- Spring 2024: April 19-21, May 10 & 11, June 7-9, June 28 & 29
- Fall 2024: October4-6, November 1 & 2, November 22-24, December 13 & 14
Course Times: Fridays 3:30 – 9:00 pm - Saturdays 1:00 – 6:30 pm - Sundays 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
