Intensive Cadillac

Building on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP or IR you learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES^® Cadillac repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. In this 25-hour module you will learn 125 exercises on the Cadillac Trapeze Table.

Course Dates:

• Spring 2024: April 19-21, May 10 & 11
• Fall 2024: October 4-6, November 1 & 2

Course Times: Fridays 3:30 – 9:00 pm - Saturdays 1:00 – 6:30 pm - Sundays 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
Course Fee: $1,180

HOSTED INTENSIVE CADILLAC COURSE:

Where: Pure Pilates in Traverse City, MI

When:

• Day 1: January 25, 2023 (3:00-8:30pm)
• Day 2: January 26, 2023 (3:00-8:30pm)
• Day 3: January 27, 2023 (3:00-8:30pm)
• Day 4: January 28, 2023 (1:00-6:30pm)
• Day 5: January 29, 2023 (9:00am-2:30pm)
