Intensive Mat Plus

Every Pilates program begins with a strong foundation in Matwork. You will get Complete instruction in STOTT PILATES^® principles while learning to teach essential and intermediate exercises with countless modifications. This 40 hour hands-on course is intended for those already working in the fields of fitness or movement.

Each Intensive Level 1 program is further broken down into two modules to accommodate fitness professionals whose schedules or budgets do not allow them to enroll in the entire Level 1 course at one time. You can choose to take Module 1 alone and take Module 2 at a later time so that you can begin your STOTT PILATES education and join a group of elite instructors working around the globe.

• Winter 2024: January 26-28, February 23-25, March 15 & 16
• Spring 2024: April 12-14, May 3-5, June 7 & 8
• Fall 2024: September 20-22, October 18-20, November 8 & 9

Course Times: Fridays 3:30 – 9:00 pm - Saturdays 1:00 – 6:30 pm - Sundays 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
Course Fee: $1,505
