All courses meet on weekends at Equilibrium during the following times, unless noted:
Fridays 3:30 – 9:00 pm
Saturdays 1:00 – 6:30 pm
Sundays 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
*Training weekends are NON-consecutive allowing you ample time to study and practice new course material.

Graduate Courses

Comprehensive Program

The dates of CMR training are not listed on our website because CMR stands for Comprehensive Mat-Reformer and the CMR course requires 310 total hours usually completed in 9-12 months. Your classroom instruction of 120 hours includes Intensive Mat-Plus, Intensive Reformer, and the Anatomy Course, and your 130 hours of studio observation, physical review & practice teaching allow you to learn from the most experienced Pilates professionals in the Midwest. You final 60-hour apprenticeship is a unique learning experience in the busiest pilates studio in the Midwest where we have been training teachers and clients since 1996.

Rehab Courses

Rehab courses meet on weekends at Equilibrium during the following times, unless noted:
Fridays 2:30 – 9:00 pm
Saturdays 12:00 – 6:30 pm
Sundays 8:00 am – 2:30 pm

Summer 2017: 8/11-13

Anatomy

Module 1 of anatomy course – 2 days, 6 hours instruction (Optional for Intensive trainees looking to review anatomy or determine if they need the full course.)

Spring 2019: April 18 and April 25 (6-9pm)

Module 2 of the anatomy course, 24 hours of instruction (Required for all CMR students and open to Intensive trainees. Prerequisite for the anatomy course is completion of the anatomy workshop.)

Hosted courses

We have provided hosted courses throughout Michigan and Ohio over the last 18 years. Host locations have included Traverse City, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Chelsea, Petoskey, Lansing, Toledo, Dayton, Columbus, Wayne State University in Detroit, Novi, Battle Creek, and Holland.
