Challenger 2 Month Update!

Here's the latest update from our Winter Challenger, Debbie. Debbie has been taking classes for two months and we are so proud of her determination, commitment and increased strength!
"After two months of being the studio challenger I am still loving it and wish I had more free time to take additional classes!  I continue to really enjoy Liz’s cardio pilates class and Lauren’s reformer classes.  Both are very challenging and helping me see great results.  Upper body strength is my number one goal with the challenge so I am very excited to see I can do more pushups every week and now use a 5 pound weight for some of the strength exercises (two pounds was a really big challenge in mid January!)  I am also super excited to see actual tricep definition – my triceps seemed to disappear after three elbow surgeries.  
I am continuing to train for a marathon at the end of April and I do believe the additional core strength is helping me through that training as well.  It seems like my speed workouts have been going better in this training compared to previous marathons and my overall pace has improved.  I will be anxious to see how I do at a half marathon a week after the challenge ends.  
I am still hoping to get to a few other classes like HITT 55 and xtend barre before the end of the challenge!"
