Congratulations to Amy Southers and Angela Sutcliffe on being the newest STOTT Certified Pilates Instructors from Equilibrium's training program!

These two just received the exciting news that they passed their exams and we are so proud.

Stephen Tulloch credits Pilates at Equilibrium for his comeback!

Equilibrium loves having Stephen Tulloch, Detroit Lion's linebacker, at the studio. He is not only driven and dedicated, he is also friendly and supportive. This week, Channel 4 News, came to Equilibrium to hear and see why Stephen is crediting Pilates at Equilibrium, with senior instructor Jenn Montie, with helping him get ready for his comeback season.

OUR STUDIO CHALLENGER, SUE DUMOND, DID AN AMAZING JOB OVER THE PAST THREE MONTHS KEEPING UP WITH HER WORKOUTS! SHE TRIED ALL OF OUR DIFFERENT STUDIO FITNESS CLASSES AND KEPT HER DUET ON THURSDAYS WITH MARIANNA THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CHALLENGE! WE ARE SO IMPRESSED BY SUE’S DETERMINATION, COMMITMENT AND WORK ETHIC AND LOVE SEEING THE RESULTS SHE’S RECEIVED FROM ALL HER HARD WORK. IT HAS DEFINITELY PAID OFF BY GIVING HER MORE DEFINITION, A STRONG CORE, A HIGHER LEVEL OF ENDURANCE AND MORE!

Fall Challenger halfway update!

Congratulations to our fall challenger, Sue Dumond, for making it halfway through her 3 month challenge!
Sue has made an incredible commitment to her fitness and health as our fall challenger. She has attended classes consistently each week, challenging herself to try new classes, doing two a day workouts and even working out while away from the studio.
